UPDATE 11/23/2020: Am reclaiming Media Library space by deleting old pics. Trying to thin out the Media Library’s pics from posts that get few visits … hopefully it doesn’t ruin your view of the post.

Ubuntu 19.10 codename has leaked out – well, discovered on the daily builds launchpad.

Ubuntu 19.10 Codename:
Ubuntu releases are always named alphabetically, so a genius wasn’t required to know that the Ubuntu 19.10 codename would use an alliterative adjective/animal combo based on the letter “E”.

… snip … Collins Dictionary states that the word Eoan is an adjective that means “of, or relating to, the dawn”.

… snip … So what’s an “Ermine” when it’s at home?

Well, it’s the formal name for a Stoat, often described as a short-tailed weasel.

Too early for me, but Ubuntu stays busy!
